Adsotech Scandinavia Ltd was established in 1985. The company initially focused on systems management software for the IBM Mainframe platform. Today, our focus is on the SAP platform.
The company grew fast in 1988-1994. A sister company, Platinum Technology Scandinavia Oy, was established in 1988 with a mission to sell DB2 products under Platinum Technology Inc. The US vendor acquired the operations of Platinum Technology Scandinavia Oy in 1995. Adsotech started selling SAP productivity tools in 2000.
In 2005, Adsotech signed an agreement with Winshuttle (Now part of Precisely) and started carrying their software products. With over 100 customers served, this partnership has turned out to be a major success. Winshuttle was acquired by Precisely in 2021. We took this opportunity to further our previous partnership with Winshuttle and expand our product portfolio to offer even more comprehensive service. Adsotech is now the largest Precisely partner in the Nordics.
Adsotech's success in the market is attributable to the expertise we have built over several decades of selling and delivering software solutions - Listening to, supporting and collaborating with our customers over time is why Adsotech has a unique perspective into the world of business software.
Continued advancements in workflow and automation technology within our product portfolio have resulted in substantial new opportunities in modernizing SAP business processes and end-user dialogues. These changes have opened new doors for Adsotech, and allowed us to enter the Business Process Automation services sector, developing workflow applications based on Precisely technology.
Our customer base is mainly comprised of 'Top 500' enterprises in their respective Nordic countries. We have the privilege of serving multiple customers in other EMEA countries as well.
