New Support Ticket System
On June 28th 2017, Adsotech will implement a new support ticket system to further improve our ticket and support processes. Our ticket webform at www.adsotech.com/support
will remain unchanged, and we encourage you to use that as primary connection method for new ticket creation towards Adsotech Support. Our
existing email address firstname.lastname@example.org will still work as well, but new ticket system will use new email address email@example.com .
Once ticket is created, all emails related to ticket communication will be from and to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We kindly ask You to report only one subject per ticket and not to use old tickets for communication related to other than the original topic. Please note also, that email cc addresses are not stored in tickets and replies, all communication will be only for the original requester.
After the new ticket system go-live date, once you create your next ticket, please monitor your email for replies to ensure ticket emails are not blocked by your company’s email servers or firewalls. When opening a new ticket, you should get an automatic reply within minutes. If that is not happening, please let us know at email@example.com or by phone +358 10 321 6267.
Current open tickets will not be transferred to the new ticket system, so during go-live and for some time after that, you might receive ticket emails in two different formats.
