If you encounter problems in using our products, please follow the instructions below or create easily a support ticket. Note currently there are problems with Internet Explorer and if you use IE, send an email to us instead of creating a ticket from this website.

In order to speed up the problem resolution process, please describe the command or function you are executing and the expected result as exactly as possible. - Describe the expected result as well as the actual result.
- Do you get any error messages?
- How often does the error occur?
- Does it occur for all users?
- When did it start to appear?
- Did you make any changes to your system just before the error started to occur?
- Problem description (please describe the problem by answering the above questions and adding your own comments.
The better you can describe the issue, the faster we will be able to provide you a solution. If you can send us e.g. screenshots in a separate email, that will help us.
