This Privacy and Cookie Policy explains the types of information Adsotech Scandinavia Oy, Adsotech Finland Oy (“Adsotech” or “We”) collects via its websites, ITMS system and emails, with the purposes of processing your personal data, and how we and our authorized suppliers, partners and subcontractors process your personal data.
Non- personal Data
Usually, you can visit our website without telling us who you are. However, this information may be linked to your personal data if you have identified yourself, for example by being requesting information or reporting technical problems.
Our sites may also contain links to our partners' websites. Those sites have their own privacy policies, for which Adsotech is not responsible.
Purpose of processing
The personal data we collect is being processed for the purposes of fulfilling our contractual obligations with you, enabling customer communication and producing targeting e-mails. We will provide a copy of your personal data without any charge. For repetitive requests we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee.
You have the right to demand from Adsotech the rectification of inaccurate personal data and, taking into account the purposes of the processing, the right to have incomplete personal data completed.
The right to demand erasing of data or a restriction on processing the data
You have the right to demand from Adsotech deletion of your personal data, for example in a case where 1) the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or processed or 2) you withdraw the consent on which the processing has been based on and there is no other legal ground for processing.
The right to make a complaint to the supervising authorities
If you believe that Adsotech has not followed applicable data protection regulations, you can file a complaint to the supervising authorities.
Consent for direct marketing
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time from processing your personal data for the purposes of direct advertising and other direct marketing.
